Kleinmachnow is a municipality with around 20,000 inhabitants in the district of Potsdam-Mittelmark in Brandenburg. It is located between Berlin and Potsdam on the southern city limits of Berlin and Zehlendorf-Nikolassee. The town is particularly attractive due to the predominant development of villas, country houses and estate houses in streets lined with old trees that characterize the area. Potsdam city center and Berlin can be reached by S-Bahn or by car in about 15 minutes. The regional train will take you to the center of Berlin in about 30 minutes. The main economic center of the municipality is the commercial area on the A115, the former Dreilinden border crossing.
